Indonesia’s Supreme Court (Mahkamah Agung– “ MA ”) recently rendered Decision No. 31 P/HUM/2022 (“ Decision 31/2022 ”) in relation to a petition of objection regarding the right to a material judicial review of Article 2 of Regulation of the President No. 99 of 2020 on Vaccine Procurements and the Implementation of Vaccinations Within the Context of the Handling the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (“ COVID-19 ”) Pandemic (“ Regulation 99/2020 ”), which was originally filed on 7 February 2022 by Yayasan Konsumen Muslim Indonesia (YKMI) (“ Petitioner ”).
