To ensure the implementation of Articles 48(2) and 49(6) ofLaw No. 1 of 2004on the State Treasury the Government has issued Government RegulationNo. 6 of 2006(the “Regulation”). The primary objective of the Regulation is to put in place a goods management system that is functional, legally certain, transparent, efficient, accountable, and based on the real value of the goods being managed. Each of these elements is designed to maximize the use and value of the State and Regional goods under management.
