In order to guarantee the safety of all users of battery-powered electric motor-vehicles (Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik– “ Electric Motor-Vehicles ”) , the Minister of Transportation has issued Regulation No. 44 of 2020 on the Physical Testing of Battery-Powered Electric Motor-Vehicles (“ Regulation 44/2020 ”), which requires all Electric Motor-Vehicles to undergo processes of physical testing.
