Mandatory Wheat Flour SNI Framework Update: Expanded Re-Packer Coverage, Simplified Facilities and Revised Certification Rules

The Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 21 of 2026 (“ Amendment ”) on the Amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 61 of 2024 on the Mandatory Implementation of the Indonesian National Standard (Standar Nasional Indonesia– “ SNI ”) for Wheat Flour as a Food Ingredient (“ Regulation 61/2024 ”). The Amendment officially came into force on 31 July 2026. [1]
