In an attempt to introduce a mediation mechanism in order to resolve issues relating to disharmonized laws and regulations (“ Mediation ”), the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 2 of 2019 on the Resolution of Disharmonized Laws and Regulations through Mediation (“ Regulation 2/2019 ”). [1] Regulation 2/2019 ultimately repeals and replacesRegulation No. 32 of 2017 on Procedures for the Settlement of Disputes Involving Laws and Regulations through Non-Litigation Channels (“ Regulation 32/2017 ”).
