Migrant Vessel Crew Deployments Overhauled: Mandatory Sea Employment Agreements and Digital Sisko P2MI Integration Enforced

The Minister for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers/National Agency for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (“ Minister ”)  has issued Regulation No. 3 of 2026 (“ Regulation 3/2026 ”) on Standards for and the Signing and Verification of Employment Agreements for Indonesian Migrant Workers, which officially revokes the previous framework of Regulation of the BP2MI No. 01 of 2020 , which was subsequently amended by Regulation No. 5 of 2022 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 1/2020 ”).
