Minimum Limits of 25% - 85% for TKDN Values for Construction Work Determined

In order to implement various provisions originally set out under Directive of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“ Minister ”) No. 4/IN/M/2022 on the Strategy for the Prevention of the Risk of Irregularities During Goods/Services Procurement Processes at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (“ Ministry ”) During the 2022 – 2024 Period, the Minister has now issued Decree No. 602/KPTS/M/2023 on the Minimum Limits for Domestic Component Levels (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri– “ TKDN ”) for Construction Services (“ Decree 602/2023 ”), [1] which has been in force since 5 June 2023.
