Minister of Communication and Informatics Preparing Draft Regulation on the Operation of the Telecommunications Sector

In order to further implement the various new provisions that were first introduced as part of Regulation of the Government No. 46 of 2021 on Post, Telecommunications and Broadcasting (“ Regulation 46/2021 ”), [1] the Minister of Communications and Informatics (“ Minister ”) is currently preparing a Draft Regulation on the Operation of Telecommunications (“ Draft Regulation ”), which, when it finally comes into force, will update the regulatory framework that applies to the telecommunications sector.
