Minister of Finance Implements National Economic Recovery Program Through Extension of the Period for the Granting of Credit Subsidies

In an attempt to improve provisions on the granting of interest subsidies/margin subsidies (together referred to as “ Credit Facilities ”) as a part of current efforts aimed at supporting a national economic recovery, the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) recently extended the period for the granting of said Credit Facilities, [1] as stipulated under Regulation No. 50/PMK.05/2021 , which is an amendment (“ Amendment ”) to Regulation of the Minister No. 138/PMK.05/2020 on Procedures for the Granting of Interest Subsidies/Margin Subsidies to Support the Implementation of the National Economic Recovery Program (“ Regulation 138/2020 ”).
