Minister of Health Regulates Clinical Management of Omicron Infections at Healthcare Facilities

In response to the emergence of the new Omicron variant of the COVID-19 virus, the Minister of Health (“ Minister ”) recently issued Decree No. HK.01.07/MENKES/243/2022 on the Clinical Management and Administration of COVID-19 at Healthcare Facilities (“ Decree 243/2022 ”) [1] . This new decree simultaneously repeals and replaces Decree of the Minister No. HK.01.01/MENKES/5671/2021 , which bore the same title (“ Decree 5671/2021 ”).
