In an effort to ensure the fulfillment of workers’ rights in relation to health risks caused by work processes, environments and behavior that are experienced by workers, the Minister of Health (“ Minister ”) is seeking to optimize occupational disease healthcare services. In order to achieve this objective, the Minister has now issued Regulation No. 11 of 2022 on Occupational Disease Health Services (“ Regulation 11/2022 ”), which accommodates recent developments and which therefore updates the relevant provisions on said services that were previously addressed under the now-repealed framework of Regulation of the Minister No. 56 of 2016 (“ Regulation 56/2016 ”).
