Minister of Industry Introduces New Provisions on Four or More Wheeled Motor-Vehicle Industry

In order to increase added-value in relation to the assembly of four or more wheeled motor vehicles (“ Vehicles ”), the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has revised various provisions that relate to manufacturing processes, CO₂emissions testing and fuel consumption, as well as to procurements of components for domestic Vehicles through the issuance of Regulation No. 23 of 2021 (“ Regulation 23/2021 ”).
