In order to provide a faster and more accessible legalization model that will enable the general public to use public documents in foreign countries, the Minister of Law and Human Rights (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 6 of 2022 on the Apostille Legalization Service for Public Documents (“ Regulation 6/2022 ”) as a follow up to the ratification of the Convention Abolishing the Requirement to Legalize Foreign Public Documents (“ Apostille Convention ”).
