The Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) recently issued Decree No. 101 of 2023 on the Stipulation of Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia– “ SKKNI ”) for the Professional, Scientific and Technical Activity Categories under the Main Group for Advertising and Advertising-Related Market Research (“ Decree 101/2023 ”), which repeals and replaces the previous SKKNI standards that featured under the framework of Regulation of the Minister No. 351 of 2014 .
