Minister of Manpower Introduces 31 SKKNI for K-3 for Oil-and-Gas Industry

The Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) recently issued Decree No. 106 of 2023 on the Stipulation of Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia– “ SKKNI ”) for the Mining and Excavation Category, the Major Group of Mining Supporting Service Activity, the Field of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja– “ K3 ”) Within the Oil-and-Gas Industry (“ Decree 106/2023 ”), which has been in force since 26 June 2023.
