Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Prepares Guidelines for the Organization of Sustainable Construction

The Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (“ Minister ”) is currently preparing the Draft Regulation on Guidelines for the Organization of Sustainable Construction (“ Draft Regulation ”) in order to implement Regulation of the Government No. 14 of 2021 (“ Regulation 14/2021 ”) [1] on the Amendment to Regulation of the Government No. 22 of 2020 on the Implementing Regulation to Law No. 2 of 2017 on Construction-Services (“ Regulation 22/2020 ”).
