In order to comply with Regulation of the Government on Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services (“ Govt. Regulation 24/2018 ”), the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services within the Trade Sector (“ Regulation 77/2018 ”). In essence, the new regulation integrates the trade-sector licensing regime into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system.
