Minister of Transport Regulation - Tenders for Goods & Services

With a view to expediting the process of selecting goods & services providers within the sphere of the Department of Transport the Minister has issued RegulationNo. KM 40 of 2007on Procedures for Confirming Pre-Qualification Results, Selecting Goods / Services Providers for Values Above 50 Billion Rupiah Including the 10% VAT, and Appeals Against Tender Results for Government Goods / Services. Generally, the Regulation falls within the scope of the Government's ongoing efforts to improve the investment climate in Indonesia for both domestic and foreign investment.
