Ministry of Law PNBP Tariff Changes Introduced: Company Data Access and Notary Relocation Fees Set to Increase on August 2026

The government recently introduced Regulation No. 30 of 2026 (“ Regulation 30/2026 ”) on Non-Tax State Revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak– “ PNBP ”) Types and Rates Applicable at the Ministry of Law (“ Ministry ”), which comprehensively restructures the applicable PNBP fees across a number of the Ministry’s legal services. The issuance of Regulation 30/2026 has resulted in the simultaneous repeal and revocation of certain PNBP types and fees originally introduced under Regulation of the Government No. 45 of 2024 (“ Regulation 45/2024 ”), which previously addressed the same subject matter.
