Ministry of Trade Further Amends Provisions on the Importation of Horticultural Products

In a bid to further enhance the effective importation of horticultural products, the Ministry of Trade (“ Ministry ”) has issued Regulation No. 95 of 2017 (“ Regulation 95/2017 ”), which is a Second Amendment to Ministry Regulation No. 30/M-DAG/PER/5/2017 on Import Provisions for Horticultural Products (“ Regulation 30/2017 ”). [1] Regulation 30/2017 was amended once previously through the issuance of Ministry Regulation No. 43/M-DAG/PER/6/2017 (“ Regulation 43/2017 ”).
