In 2019, Indonesia’s Corruption Eradication Commission (Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi– “ KPK ”) introduced No. 2 of 2019 on the Reporting of Gratification (“ Regulation 2/2019 ”). In essence, this framework sets out the overall procedures for the mandatory reporting of all forms of gifts (e.g. money, goods, facilities and so forth) that are received either domestically or abroad through non-electronic or electronic means (“ Gratification ”) by civil servants and other officials who carry out functions and duties related to state administration (“ State Administrators ”).
