MK Partly Grants Judicial Review of Mineral and Coal Mining Law in Relation to the Granting of KK and PKP2KB Extensions

The Constitutional Court (Mahkamah Konstitusi– “ MK ”) recently rendered Decision No. 64/PUU-XVIII/2020 (“ Decision 64/2020 ”) in relation to a petition for judicial review which was originally filed by Helvis (“ Petitioner I ”), Muhammad Kholid Syeirazi (“ Petitioner II ”) andForum Kajian Hukum dan Konstitusi(“ Petitioner III ”) (collectively referred to as “ Petitioners ”) on 20 July 2020.
