Modern Shop and Modern Market Planning - Protecting the Old and Supporting the New

The Government has released a draft of a Presidential Regulation that will, if enacted, set out some basic planning guidelines concerning modern shop and market planning strategies. In this Draft Regulation the Government has recognized the invaluable role that small scale retailers and traditional markets play and the threat that modern markets and shops pose.
