More Business Standards for Postal, Telecommunications, Broadcasting and Digital Sector Set for Introduction: Standards List Expands from 8 to 23

In 2021, the Minister of Communication and Informatics introduced Regulation No. 3 of 2021 on Business Activity and Product Standards for Risk-Based Business Licensing (Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko– “ PBBR ”) Within the Postal, Telecommunications and Electronic Systems and Transactions Sector (“ Regulation 3/2021 ”). [1] As its title suggests, Regulation 3/2021 outlined a total of eight business activities that spanned the postal and telecommunications sector, as well as the electronic systems and transactions sector, along with a corresponding Standard Classification of Indonesian Business Fields (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia– “ KBLI ”). [2]
