More Public Offering Categories Now Available: 10% Securities Order Cap and 1:1 Retail/Non-Retail Ratio Set for Centralized Allotments

Back in 2020, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) issued Circular No. 15/SEOJK.04/2020 (“ Circular 15/2020 ”) on the Provision of Order Funds, Verifications of the Availability of Funds, Allocations of Securities for Centralized Allotments (Penjatahan Terpusat)and Settlements of Securities Orders During Electronic Public Offerings of Equity Securities in the Form of Shares (collectively referred to as “ Securities Ordering ”). As its title suggests, Circular 15/2020 outlined a set of procedures and mechanisms related to the implementation of Securities Ordering.
