National Competency Standards and Qualifications for Online Retail Sector: From Customer Service to Consumer Insight

The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 13 of 2026 (“ Regulation 13/2026 ”) on the Enforcement of the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards (Standar Kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia– “ SKKNI ”) and the Application of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia- “ KKNI ”) to the Category of Wholesale and Retail Trade Repair and Maintenance of Cars and Motorcycles in the Main Group of Retail Trade, Non-Cars and Motorcycles in the Retail Trade in Goods Through Online Ordering (“ Online Retail ”) Sector.
