National Development Planning Agency - President Regulation

To ensure that the National Development Plan is implemented in an integrated and comprehensive manner over the long, medium, and annual terms the Government has issued Presidential RegulationNo. 82 of 2007. The Regulation serves to regulate the duties and functions of the National Development Planning Agency (Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional / Bappenas). Bappenas is directly responsible to the President and is also responsible for the implementation of the national development plan on behalf of the Government.
