National Economic Recovery Program: Fund Placement Mechanism Renewed

In an effort to improve the implementation of the National Economic Recovery Program (Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional– “ PEN Program ”), the Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 104/PMK.05/2020 of 2020 (“ Regulation 104/2020 ”), which renews the guidelines on the placement of funds by the government, as part of the implementation of the PEN Program.
