The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral / ESDM) has issued Ministerial RegulationNo. 007 of 2007in order to exercise the authorities of the Government to determine gas prices in accordance with Constitutional Court DecisionNo. 002/PUU-I/2003and pursuant to Article 28(2) and (3) ofLaw No. 22 of 2001on Oil and Gas. The Regulation does not apply to home consumption or low use clients.
