In an attempt to accelerate and increase investment within the nature tourism sector, the Minister of Environment and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. P.8/MENLHK/SETJEN/KUM.1/3/2019 on the Cultivation of Nature Tourism in Wildlife Reserves, National Parks, Forest Parks and Natural Recreational Areas (“ Regulation 8/2019 ”) which will serve as a license processing framework and which will be implemented via the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system for the following licenses:
