New Amendment to PMV Monthly Reporting Framework: OJK Updates Company Profile Report Components and Expands Scope to Sharia Business Units

Back in 2019, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) issued Circular No. 25/SEOJK.05/2019 (“ Circular 25/2019 ”) on Monthly Reporting (“ Reports ”) by Venture Capital Companies and Sharia Venture Capital Companies (collectively referred to asPerusahaan Modal Ventura- “ PMV ”). This Circular outlines the applicable reporting mechanism along with various forms and formats for Reports. However, the OJK has now affirmed its need to revise various reported items for supervisory purposes and therefore recently issued Circular No. 23/SEOJK.06/2025 on the Amendment to Circular 25/2019 (“ Amendment ”), which is set to officially come into force on 1 April 2027.
