New Appointment Procedures for Independent Verification Agencies for Calculations and Verifications of TKDN and BMP Values

In order to fulfill the mandate set under Article 70, Paragraph (7) of Regulation of the Government No. 29 of 2018 on the Empowerment of Industry, the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has finally issued Regulation No. 43 of 2022 on Appointment Procedures for Independent Verification Agencies and the Imposition of Administrative Sanctions in Relation to Calculations and Verifications of Domestic Component Levels (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri– “ TKDN ”) and Company Utilization Point Ratings (Bobot Manfaat Perusahaan– “ BMP ”) (“ Regulation 43/2022 ”).
