New Consolidated TKDN Framework Introduced: Small Industry Calculations to Now Follow General Weighted Factors for Goods

In order to ensure greater legal certainty with respect to Domestic Component Level (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri“ TKDN ”) and Company Benefit Weight (Bobot Manfaat Perusahaan“ BMP ”) value certification, as mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 29 of 2018 on Industrial Empowerment, the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 35 of 2025 on Provisions and Procedures for TKDN Certification and BMP (“ Regulation 35/2025 ”), which are set to come into effect on 11 December 2025.
