New Electrical Power Tariffs

The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (“Ministry”) has issued Regulation No. 28 of 2016 on Electrical Power Tariffs Set by the State Power Company (“Regulation 28/2016”). [1] Regulation 28/2016 redefines electricity tariffs for both post-paid and pre-paid consumers for electricity which is supplied by the State Power Company (PTPerusahaan Listrik Negara). These tariffs apply to various users, including households, businesses, industry, government offices and other consumers of electricity.
