The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Decree No. 33/MK/BC/2026 (“ Decree 33/2026 ”) on the List of Goods Restricted for Export Based on Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 16 of 2026 on Export Policies and Arrangements for the Strategic Natural Resource Commodity of Palm Oil (“ Regulation 16/2026 ”). [1] The enforcement of Decree 33/2026 has now resulted in the repeal and replacement of Decree of the Minister No. 48/KM.4/2024 (“ Decree 48/2024 ”), which bore a similar title to Decree 33/2026. [2]
