The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan —“ OJK ”) is currently completing a work on a new Draft Regulation on Financial Derivatives with Underlying Assets in the Form of Securities (“ Draft Regulation ”). If ultimately enforced, this Draft Regulation is set to replace and repeal Regulation of the OJK No. 1 of 2025 that bore the same title as Draft Regulation (“ Regulation 1/2025 ”). [1]
