The Director General of Agro Industry (“ Director General ”) has established a framework that addresses the requirements and procedures for the designation of Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (“ ISPO ”) Training Institutions, as well as ISPO Consultancy and Mentoring Institutions (collectively referred to as “ ISPO Supporting Institutions ”) to support the implementation of ISPO certification in the downstream palm oil industry through the issuance of Regulation No. 3 of 2026 (“ Regulation 3/2026 ”). As its title suggests, Regulation 3/2026 establishes the requirements and electronic application procedures for institutions seeking designation as ISPO Supporting Institutions. [1]
