The Minister of Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection/Head of the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Board (Badan Pelindungan Pekerja Migran Indonesia/BP2MI) has issued Regulation No. 7 of 2026 (“ Regulation 7/2026 ”) on Vocational Providers of Indonesian Migrant Workers (Pekerja Migran Indonesia– “ PMI ”), which establishes a comprehensive standardization and compliance framework that should now be complied with by all vocational institutions that offer education and/or training to PMI (“ PMI Vocational Institutions ”).
