Government Regulation No. 55 of 2012 on Vehicles (“Regulation”) was issued as an implementing regulation for Law No. 22 of 2009 on Traffic and Road Transportation (“Traffic Law”). The Traffic Law sets out several government regulations that stipulate provisions on several issues. This includes vehicle technical requirements and roadworthiness, vehicle type assessment and its implementing unit, and vehicle modification.
