New Guidelines for the Implementation of Electrical Safety Measures Introduced

In line with the mandate said under Regulation of the Government No. 25 of 2021 on the Organization of the Energy and Mineral Resources Sector, [1] the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) has now issued Regulation No. 10 of 2021 on Electrical Safety (“ Regulation 10/2021 ”), which contains an updated set of guidelines for the implementation of various measures and steps with the ultimate goal of ensuring that all electricity-related business activities are reliable and secure in relation to the installations themselves, as well as in relation to people and other living creatures located such activities. Said activities should also be environmentally friendly. [2]
