New Guidelines Introduced for Checking of Land Certificates and Issuance of SKPT Through an Electronic System

In order to ensure the provision of more streamlined electronic-based information services in relation to land and spatial matters, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) has established the Land Certificate Checking and Land Registration Certificate Service System (Sistem Layanan Pengecekan Sertipikat dan Surat Keterangan Pendaftaran Tanah secara Elektronik– “ Service System ”). Now, the Minister has also issued a set of Technical Guidelines No. 3/JUKNIS-HK.02/IV/2022 of 2022 (“ Guidelines 3/2022 ”) that will serve as a set of legal guidelines and that also address the standardization of and set out detailed instructions in relation to the implementation of the Service System.
