The Minister of Immigration and Corrections (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 11 of 2026 on Regular Passports and Passport Replacement Travel Letters (“ Regulation 11/2026 ”). Upon entering to force, this Regulation has repealed and replaced Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 8 of 2014 which has been amended several times, most recently through Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 19 of 2024 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 8/2014 ”).
