New Investment Instruments for Guarantee Institutions

The Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan- “ OJK ”) has committed to providing new forms of alternative investment for guarantee institutions and re-guarantee institutions (collectively referred to as “ Guarantee Institutions ”) to exploit through the issuance of Regulation (“ Amendment ”) on the Amendment to Regulation of the OJK on the Business Organization of Guarantee Institutions (“ Regulation 2/2017 ”).
