New Legal Framework Rolled out for App-Based Transportation Services

In response to Decision of the Supreme Court (“ Decision ”) which judicially reviewed the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) on the Organization of Non-Fixed-Route Public-Transportation Services (“ Regulation 108/2017 ”), the Minister has finally issued Regulation on the Organization of Special Rental Transportation (“ Regulation 118/2018 ”).
