New Methods for the Payment of PNBP for Legal Services at the Directorate General of General Legal Administration

In a bid to establish an integrated online system in order to accelerate the payment process for non-tax state revenue (Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak– “ PNBP ”) at the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (“ Directorate-General ”), [1] the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (“ Ministry ”) has issued Regulation No. 7 of 2018 on Procedures for the Payment of Non-Tax State Revenue for Legal Services at the Directorate General of General Law Administration (“ Regulation 7/2018 ”).Regulation 7/2018 encompasses several matters relating to PNBP payment procedures, as elaborated upon in the following provisions:
