New Migrant Worker Training Framework Introduced: Alternative Information Systems, Broader Teaching Qualifications and Revised Curriculum Requirements

The Minister of Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers/Head of the Board for the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers (“ Minister ”) has issued the Regulation No. 10 of 2026 on Amendment (“ Amendment ”) to the Regulation of the Minister No. 35 of 2025 on Capacity Building of Prospective Indonesian Migrant Workers and Indonesian Migrant Workers (collectively referred to as “ Migrant Workers ”) for Fulfillment of Foreign Job Market Needs (“ Regulation 35/2025 ”). The Amendment officially came into force on 17 September 2026. [1]
