The Governor of Jakarta has issued Regulation No. 179 of 2013 on Parking Service Tariffs (“Regulation”). The Regulation implements Article 57 and 58 of the Minister of Interior Affairs Regulation No. 61 of 2007 on Technical Guidance for Financial Management of the Agency for Regional General Services (Badan Layanan Umum Daerah/BLUD).
