New Pharmaceutical Precursor Classifications Set to Streamline AHP Requirements for Import and Export Activities: Input Open until 31 July 2026

The Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan– “ BPOM ”) is currently completing work on a new Draft Regulation (“ Draft Regulation ”) on the Amendment to Regulation of the BPOM No. 1 of 2024 on Requirements and Procedures for the Submission of Applications for Analysis of Supervision Results (Analisa Hasil Pengawasan– “ AHP ”) [1] for Imports and Exports of Narcotics, Psychotropics and Pharmaceutical Precursors (“ Regulation 1/2024 ”). [2] It should be noted that the Draft Regulation is currently being deliberated and may thus be subject to further changes. [3]
