The Director-General of Sea Transportation (“ Director-General ”) has issued Decree No. KP-DJPL 239 of 2026 (“ Decree 239/2026 ”) on Technical Guidelines for the Application of Single Truck Identification Data (“ STID ”) at Ports. This new Decree has now officially revoked Decree of the Director-General No. KP-DJPL 513 of 2022 on the Stipulation and Implementation of Single Truck Identification Data at Ports (“ Decree 513/2022 ”).
