In essence, Regulation of the Government No. 96 of 2021 on the Implementation of Mineral and Coal Mining Business Activities, which was subsequently amended by Regulation of the Government No. 25 of 2024 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 96/2021 ”), has been serving as the umbrella framework for a wide range of aspects that specifically relate to the implementation of mineral and coal-mining business activities.
